MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Liwox FX Signal Service — Subscriber Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Liwox FX (the "Service Provider") and the undersigned subscriber (the "Subscriber") upon registration.

1. Service Description
The Service Provider grants the Subscriber access to automated forex trading signals via the Forex Delight platform executed on the Subscriber's independently held brokerage account.

2. Subscriber Obligations
The Subscriber agrees to maintain a funded brokerage account, keep the Receiver EA active during trading periods, submit accurate end-of-period account balance, and remit 30% of net profit to the Service Provider within 7 days of period close.

3. Profit Share Calculation
Net profit = Closing Balance minus Opening Balance for the trading period. The Service Provider is entitled to 30% of any positive net profit. No profit share is due on losing periods.

4. Risk Disclosure
Forex trading carries substantial risk. The Service Provider does not guarantee profits. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by applicable international financial service laws and the terms set forth by the Service Provider.
