1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the Forex Delight platform operated by Liwox.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Forex Delight provides automated forex trading signals delivered to subscribers via a Receiver Expert Advisor installed on their MetaTrader 5 terminal. The service does not manage funds directly. All trading occurs on the subscriber's independently held broker account.

3. Subscription & Fees

• A monthly subscription fee is charged at the start of each billing period
• 30% of net profit is due at the end of each trading period
• No profit share is due on losing periods
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a period has commenced
• Failure to remit profit share may result in account suspension

4. Profit Share Calculation

Net profit is calculated as the closing balance minus the opening balance for each trading period. The subscriber is responsible for submitting accurate balance information. Liwox.net reserves the right to verify reported figures via EA equity reports.

5. Risk Disclosure

Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Liwox.net does not guarantee profits. The subscriber accepts full responsibility for all trading outcomes on their broker account.

6. Subscriber Obligations

• Maintain a funded broker account meeting minimum requirements
• Keep the Receiver EA active during trading periods
• Submit accurate end-of-period account balance
• Remit 30% of net profit within 7 days of period close
• Not reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the trading signals

7. Intellectual Property

All trading logic, signal algorithms, and EA code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Liwox.net. Subscribers receive access to signals only. No source code or strategy details are disclosed or transferred.

8. Account Termination

Liwox.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, fails to remit profit share, or engages in fraudulent activity. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liwox.net shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed signals, platform downtime, or broker-related issues. The maximum liability of Liwox.net in any circumstance shall not exceed the monthly subscription fee paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international financial service regulations and the internal policies of Liwox.net. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before any legal action is pursued.
